New Series: Law Exam Essentials!

The USLawEssentials Law & Language podcast is happy to present the first episode of a new series, Law Exam Essentials. In this series, we will introduce a legal topic commonly tested on US law school exams and bar exams.

In this episode, Stephen Horowitz and Daniel Edelson introduce sources of contract law and the importance of distinguishing whether a transaction should be analyzed under the Uniform Commercial Code or the common law. You will learn why the UCC is considered a “model law” and the types of contracts to which Article 2 of the UCC applies.
